GIA is built and maintained by one person. Reports make it better for everyone.

Report a problem or ask a question

• Open GIA and go to Settings → Contact the developer. Your message goes straight to the developer, and can include your app version if you allow it.
• Can't open GIA? Download it again from the download page; your account and subscription stay as they are.

Subscriptions

• Subscribe, check or cancel in GIA under Settings → Subscription, or in your PayPal account.
• On a new computer, use Restore in Settings → Subscription with the subscription number from PayPal's receipt (it starts with I-) and your PayPal email. A seat on a GIA Team follows your account: just sign in.
• The free week: cancel in PayPal before it ends and nothing is charged.

Security

Found a security problem? Please report it in GIA through Settings → Contact the developer, starting the message with "Security", before sharing it publicly, so it can be fixed first.

Getting started

• Gia offers a guided tour of GIA the first time you open it, and any time from her panel.
• Turn map layers on from the bottom toolbar; open a country by clicking it or using LOCATE.
• For Gia and the AI analyst, install the free Ollama app, then press Download in Settings → AI model.
